Written Communication

There are writing boards available at the 1F box office and at the stage door.

Wheelchairs can be borrowed free of charge. To use one, ask theatre staff after arrival.
*They are available in limited numbers.

Guide dogs are welcome in the building and in performances.

- An outdoor toilet for guide dogs is available on 1F.
Available hours are the same as building hours: 9am–10pm
*Please take home any dog waste. Dog toilet sheets and bags are available at the Disaster Management Center.

Nursing room and diaper changing space

There is a private room with hot water that can be used as a nursing room on the fifth floor. Beside the nursing room is a space that can be used to change diapers. There are also diaper changing tables in some of the universal restrooms.

Childcare services (reservations required)

There is a childcare room on the fifth floor with services provided to theatregoers. This childcare room can be accessed with a baby carriage, and it is staffed with qualified, experienced, and skilled childcare personnel.

Wheelchair accessible restrooms are located in each hall as well as in B2F, B1F, 2F, and 5F. Enquire at the box office or ask any security guard for assistance.
